1. My pictures help me to correct the pose. Every pose looks different than it feels.My pictures give me feed back.
2. My pictures motivate me to keep practicing. In the meantime my progress is documented since 2006. This is so uplifting. Most poses got better. I know it can also be the opposite. Yoga pictures also motivate me on a daily basis. When I see someone or myself on a picture in a yoga pose I want to practice.
3. I do love the asanas. I’m a fan of the human body. I’m amazed what is possible with the body.
